The interior of the “Kasskessl” restaurant has a typical magical Tyrolean atmosphere with a touch of elegant style. During the winter evenings you can sit in front of a blazing fire, on summer days you can recharge your batteries on the terrace with a refreshing lemonade, and whatever the weather you can enjoy home-made cakes and delicious coffee in the conservatory. Every day in the “Kasskessl” restaurant our cooks will prepare an extensive buffet breakfast for you livened up with a glass of sparkling wine – and dinner in the form of a menu selection consists of a wide range of fresh local ingredients.

BEAUTIFUL MORNING IN HOTEL HÖHLENSTEIN 07:00 – 10:00
We offer an extensive buffet breakfast to our hotel guests and others. You can find fresh fruit and vegetables, local cheeses and smoked meats, a vital corner with extensive range of muesli, cornflakes, seeds, dried fruit, several types of yoghurt and milk. Hot foods include egg specialities, frankfurters, sausages or grilled bacon. You can ensure a healthy start to the day with fresh fruit and vegetable juice. A choice of coffees and teas, various types of fruit juice and a glass of sparkling wine all come as standard.
For guests not staying at the hotel breakfast costs 23 euros per person.
Dinner 18:00 - 20:30
In the evening you can enjoy a four-course menu consisting of a starter, soup, main course (choice of several variants) and a home-made dessert, and one part of the dinner is a salad bar. The menu is prepared every day using fresh ingredients from local suppliers, and naturally there is also a vegetarian and gluten-free menu option. To make your evening all the more pleasant, we recommend wines from our wide range from Austrian and international vineyards.
